Tumi123 is built by Malaysians, for Malaysians. From Thomas Cup badminton betting to Live Casino Baccarat, from 4D lottery to poker — we deliver a single platform that fully understands the tastes and needs of local players.
Tumi123 is more than a name — it's a promise to millions of sports and entertainment fans across Malaysia. We started with a single clear vision: to build an online betting and casino platform that truly understands local players' needs. Not an imported platform awkwardly translated, not an unfamiliar or confusing interface — tumi123 was built from the ground up by a team that understands Malaysian culture, how Malaysians play, and what Malaysians look for in a digital entertainment experience.
Since launch, tumi123 has become the platform of choice for over 250,000 registered members across Malaysia – from Kota Bharu to Johor Bahru, from Kuching to Kota Kinabalu. We're with you on your phone during a nail-biting Thomas Cup match, during Saturday afternoon's 4D draw, and when the Baccarat table is live at 3 in the morning. tumi123 is always there, always ready.
Six things we're proud of that set tumi123 apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market.
Five years of tumi123 is a story of trust built one player at a time. Every update, every new game added, every improvement to withdrawal times — all of it driven by feedback from our community.

Your data belongs to you. tumi123 has never sold or shared players' personal information with third parties, and never will. 256-bit SSL encryption is active on every session, without exception.
All tumi123 casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) independently audited by a third-party body. No manipulation, no hidden edge beyond what is stated in the RTP. Every lottery draw is broadcast live.
Tumi123 is not some distant, unreachable company. We listen to player feedback, add games based on community requests, and celebrate milestones together. Players are the reason we exist.
Technology evolves, player preferences change, and tumi123 always evolves with them. From live badminton betting to TV-format Game Show casino games — we're always bringing the best and latest to our community.
Tumi123 actively promotes Responsible Gaming. We provide self-protection tools, work with local support organisations, and train our team to identify players who may need assistance.
The tumi123 team is made up of industry experts, technology engineers, and passionate sports enthusiasts — all united in delivering the best possible experience for Malaysian players.
When the tumi123 founding team first sat down to discuss the idea of building an online gaming platform in early 2019, the key question wasn't "can we build this?" — it was "can we build this the right way, for Malaysians?" That distinction has shaped tumi123 from day one.
Malaysia has a uniquely rich entertainment culture. Malaysians love badminton – not just as spectators, but with a deep emotional investment in every national team match. Malaysians are equally familiar with 4D and Toto – buying a ticket on Saturday is a tradition passed down through generations. And younger Malaysians are increasingly drawn to Live Casino, Poker, and e-sports. tumi123 recognised all these layers and set out to build a single platform that could bring them all together in one place.
Our biggest challenge in the early days wasn't technology – it was trust. Malaysian players had a history of bad experiences with overseas platforms: difficult withdrawals, unresponsive support, and bonus terms that were nearly impossible to meet. tumi123 decided to build trust one step at a time – starting with making sure every withdrawal was processed quickly and accurately, without unnecessary back-and-forth.
That mission paid off. Within the first six months of operations, tumi123's user return rate ranked among the highest in the industry — driven not by promotions or advertising, but by satisfied players telling their friends. That organic, word-of-mouth growth remains the backbone of tumi123's expansion to this day, more than five years on.
Tumi123's Live Casino section launched in 2021 in partnership with world-class providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Dream Gaming. We made a deliberate decision to work only with providers that have been independently audited and certified – even if that meant higher operating costs. For us, player trust is worth far more than short-term savings. tumi123's Baccarat tables are now among the most popular with Malaysian Live Casino players, in part because we offer tables with dealers who can communicate in Bahasa Melayu – something rarely found on other platforms.
When the Thomas Cup is on, the atmosphere on the tumi123 platform becomes something truly special. Bet volumes on Malaysia's matches surge hundreds of times higher than usual — not because players are purely chasing profit, but because backing your own team is simply part of how Malaysians show their support. Moments like these carry real weight for us, and we take that responsibility seriously: fair odds, diverse markets, and an experience that never lets you down. When Malaysia wins, we all win — and tumi123 makes sure that players who bet right are rewarded accordingly.
The tumi123 VIP Rewards Programme is something we're truly proud of. It's not just another loyalty programme with points that are hard to redeem — it's genuine recognition for our most loyal players. From weekly free lottery tickets to weekly cashback, from higher betting limits to priority customer support, the tumi123 VIP programme delivers real value to players who trust us. Every ringgit you spend at tumi123 counts, and every loyal player is rewarded in a way that reflects their commitment.
Looking ahead, tumi123 is committed to growing alongside the Malaysian player community. We are exploring the addition of more Malaysian sports games, improving Live Casino stream quality, and expanding our digital payment options. But one thing that will never change is our core commitment — to remain a trustworthy, fair, and enjoyable platform for every Malaysian player who chooses tumi123 as their digital entertainment home.
Thank you for being part of the tumi123 journey. Whether you've just joined or have been with us from the very beginning — you are the reason we strive to be better every single day. Welcome, and happy playing responsibly.
Tumi123's Bahasa Melayu-speaking customer support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – including public holidays and festive seasons.
